1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), listings you publish, enquiries you send, and the technical logs needed to run the service securely. Payment details go directly to Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, publish your listings, route enquiries, bill paid services, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or erase your data, and object to processing — email us and we'll act within a month. [TODO: DPO contact + AEPD complaint reference.]
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active; archived listings stay recoverable until you delete them. Invoices are kept as long as Spanish tax law requires.
